Association of International Women – Garden Talk and Stroll

Wednesday, September 9, 2015:    10:00 am to 12:00 noon

Sarah Gray’s home:  (Ask for the address)

Join us at AIW member Sarah Gray’s home and beautiful garden on the lake front at Eagle Creek.

Sarah is an expert garden designer and plantswoman and will talk to us about gardening in Indiana including plants for sun and shade, and flowers for the seasons.

We will then stroll through her lovely garden. Her 2 ½ acres has been transformed from a tangle of invasive plants to a haven for wildlife. It features a pond with waterfalls, sunny and shady beds with a wide range of native and non-native plants and plenty of places to sit and contemplate what needs to be done next. Look out for the homes especially made for the birds, bats and bees.

Morning tea will be provided including Sarah’s traditional English scones.

Easy parking is available with a short walk along the drive to the house.
